EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE FOR FEDERAL WORKERS
The Primavera Foundation and United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona have partnered to provide emergency rent, mortgage, and utilities assistance for federal workers who are impacted by the recent government shutdown.
Individuals and couples are eligible to receive up to $800 in assistance. Families with minor children in the home are eligible to receive up to $1,500 in assistance. All assistance will be paid to the housing or utility entity and not directly to the program participant. Families are eligible for assistance with childcare expenses with a statement from a licensed childcare provider within the $1,500 limit.
To make an appointment, please call (520) 623-5111. Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability of resources. A limited number of appointments may be available for a later date.
