Steve Landau has been showing up for The Primavera Foundation and its participants since 2018.

As the owner of Landau and Company Marketing Services and the race director of Everyone Runs, Everyone Walks, Steve has found meaningful ways to support his community. His involvement with Primavera began when he was searching for an organization in which he could make a real difference.

That search led him to Casa Paloma, Primavera’s women’s shelter and drop-in center, where he began volunteering: preparing and delivering lunches once a month. Over the years, his commitment hasn’t wavered. Even during the height of the COVID19 pandemic, Steve continued delivering food packages so residents could prepare meals on site, something he still does today.

“I like how you touch all sorts of groups—whether veterans or not, who are in need of so many different types of services,” Landau told Primavera recently.

Steve has also been a long-time supporter of Primavera’s Project Action for Veterans (PAV).

Since 2005, he has organized Veteran’s Day events, including the annual Everyone Runs, Everyone Walks event in Tucson. In 2024, he contacted Primavera to partner on the Veterans Day run and Primavera would benefit from funds raised during that race.

The second race that raised funds for PAV took place this past November. A portion of the proceeds from the run/walk are donated to support Primavera’s work with veterans, helping ensure they have access to housing, resources, and stability.

Steve encourages anyone thinking about giving to support a cause that reflects their values. “Find something that aligns with what you want to see better in the world,” Landau said. “Primavera does that by offering so many ways to help people in need.”

Today, Steve continues to give monthly and remains actively involved each November through the run/walk event. His long-standing dedication is a powerful reminder that lasting change is built through consistent compassion and community partnership.

We are deeply grateful for Steve Landau and for the many ways he helps Primavera move forward—one meal, one mile, and one act of service at a time.
