If you suffered financial hardship due to COVID-19, Primavera may be able to help you access the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF). HAF, by the Arizona Department of Housing, assists homeowners experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19. If you are in danger of losing your home, the HAF program can prevent that from happening.
Expenses covered by the Fund include mortgage reinstatement assistance for those facing foreclosure, utilities, HOA fees, property taxes, and internet.
Eligibility Guidelines
You may be eligible to receive financial assistance from the Fund if you are applying for your primary residence in the state of Arizona and:
- You are behind on payments
- You earn less than 150% of the area median income, and
- You experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19
