HomeOwnership Program

Purchasing a home can be a complicated, even frightening process: Primavera’s HomeOwnership Program is here to help you. Our staff will provide you with an education curriculum designed to assist you not only with the responsibilities of home ownership, but personal financial management as well.

The HomeOwnership Program is open to anyone thinking about purchasing a home.  Participants attend a series of classes designed to provide instruction and personal empowerment in financial management, credit repair, understanding mortgage and title requirements, predatory lending, foreclosure prevention and community involvement, to help prepare them for the responsibility of owning a home.

The HomeOwnership Program is HUD certified and is funded by a variety of local and national grants.  Financial assistance to cover down payment and closing costs is available for eligible participants.

Orientation is the first step in the process towards home ownership.  Orientation is held every Tuesday in English, every Thursday in Spanish at 4 pm at:
